 At J. Rieger Virtual Fitness, we offer a variety of classes to target different goals. Zumba & Cardio Drumming target fitness through cardio training.  Both Zumba Toning and Body Conditioning focus on sculpting and maintaining your fitness though a mix of cardio & strength training. Core training strengthens your entire core and can help with back issues as well as target your abs. Finally, Yoga focuses on mental as well as physical health. For those of you that are super busy, we have an entire category of 30 minutes or less video workouts. All classes, with a proper diet, can promote weight loss, core and muscle strength, and overall better fitness. We add one new video per month to each category, giving you a variety in your fitness routines.
